Register to immerse yourself in 3 days of restful & restorative mindfulness meditation and nature connection in a small and intimate community. Mindfulness is a natural state of moment to moment awareness and open connection to life.
Join us in developing mindfulness through a series of talks, meditation practices, processes and activities with our ecology in mind. You'll be invited to deepen your awareness and cultivate a way to liberate your attention in joyful presence.
Discover the intrinsic nature of your mind body as a self-organising system within a larger eco-system that is always holding you. Re-balance wellbeing, slow down, recover from stress and explore new insights that can assist you to grow through the challenges of your life. Connect with your sensory body, the land, elements of nature and the wild creatures and discover your belonging within the natural world.
Daily sessions include instructions for practicing mindfulness, sitting and walking meditation, enquiry, nature exploration, pair work, journalling and counsel within a small community to explore themes relevant to our modern lives.
During the Weekend Mindfulness Eco-Retreat we will be holding a sacred space of quiet reflection, meditation and although parts of it will be done in silent meditation there will be guidelines, discussions, activities, walks with the alpacas and interpersonal practices.
We will be offering a delicious vegetarian and vegan menu and all meals are inclusive. There will be no coffee, alcohol, sugar or stimulants while on retreat. Accomodation is across 3 dwellings including a large farmhouse and two smaller cottages. Both private and shared rooms are available but bathrooms, living spaces will be shared and in indoor mindfulness meditation sessions will be held in the barn. This retreat is ideal for people new to mindfulness or with previous experience.

Accomodation: The Farmhouse, The Forrest Cottage and Lakeview Cottage.
Meals: All meals included. Vegan and Vegetarian food lovingly cooked by a professional retreat cook Katie Ward. GF options available. Please let us know of any special food requirements at least 1 month before the retreat.
Terms: 100% refund if Covid laws and government impede our ability to go ahead with the retreat.
What to pack: You'll need a combination of warm and lighter clothes that are loose and comfortable. Warm socks and Ugg boots might be ideal as well as appropriate bush walking boots! Bedding is provided but you may like to bring meditation cushions, pillows, shawl or blanket. Appropriate foot ware is also recommended for walks through the forrest and in paddocks with the alpacas.

I am a professionally certified coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation and have university level training in coaching, mindfulness and counselling. I have had a private practice for over 15 years and continued with my own learning and development, deepening my own process during that time.
