A Monthly Workshop to Help You Stay Connected to Meditation, Community & Eco Dharma

This monthly drop-in workshop offers a gentle space to reconnect with yourself and others through shared mindfulness meditation practice and Dharma teachings. We aim to practice meditation and contemplate the Buddha Dharma teachings for emotional healing, ethical and regenerative living, engaged buddhism and spiritual awakening.

Each session includes:

  •  A short inspirational Eco-Dharma talk to nourish your practice

  • A guided mindfulness meditation led by Marion Miller

  • Time to reflect and stay connected with a like-hearted community

  • Ask questions about our courses or nature-based mindfulness meditation retreats

Whether you're continuing from a previous course or just starting to explore mindfulness, this is a welcoming space for all. This group supports meditation practice and mindful living, eco-consciousness and ethical leadership.

What is Insight Meditation?

Insight Meditation, also known as Vipassana, is a practice rooted in the Theravāda Buddhist tradition that emphasises mindfulness and deep awareness of the present moment. Ecodharma combines spiritual practice with ecological action, recognising the importance of caring for the Earth as part of one's spiritual path. In this workshop we practice observing thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations with clarity and equanimity, allowing practitioners to see the true nature of experience—its impermanence, unsatisfactoriness, and lack of a fixed self. Through regular practice, Nature based Mindfulness Meditation supports inner peace, compassion, and a clearer understanding of how the mind and nature works, ultimately fostering spiritual liberation and in flow with the web of life.
