Unwinding Stress & Anxiety: An Introduction to Soothing Your Nervous System
This Workshop is for those who feel stuck with habits that lead to and perpetuate their stress and anxiety. We will explore insights into the relationship between your habits and stress. Want to find new ways to relate to the impulses and feelings that propel and drive you? Are looking to find new and effective ways to challenge and change your own behaviours?
Have you ever felt like despite being aware of where your unhelpful thoughts, narratives and schemas come from, your body still reacts and feels stressed or anxious a lot of the time and life just goes on and on? Do you want to feel greater connection between the mind body?
This workshop will offer you another way to understand your stress and anxiety; work with it gently allowing and rewarding yourself with more time and space to recover. With a combination of Mindfulness (MBSR), Counselling and Coaching; the workshop will help you map a pathway for diving deeper into the neurobiological processes involved in self-guided and sustainable change.

• Introduction to Mindfulness (MBSR)
• Mapping tool for understanding your personal stress triggers and habits
• Short awareness practices for daily life
• Group discussion
