This Workshop is for people who want to develop healthy and whole relationships and move on from fear and longing. Explore relationships dynamics from a mindfulness and compassion lens and discover principals for stepping beyond self in practice and in life. Learn ways to be dynamic, vulnerable, fresh and spacious in your relationships.
In this workshop we'll explore personal boundaries, connection and our relationship to community. Learn how to give up the familiarity of comfort to be more flexible and expansive in your relationship. Cultivate attitudes for opening and learn how we may grow through seeing ourself in others. Using interpersonal mindfulness and compassion practice you will discover new ways to form a foundation for reciprocal growth and wellbeing.
