Coaching Services for Private & Group Sessions
You can book individual or group sessions. Individual sessions come in a package or single sessions. The Empower Coaching 6-week Program is the most popular cost effective way to do one on one coaching.
Is this your first appointment?
If you're booking a FREE 15 minute intro call please provide your phone number. All new bookings for individual or group services will be required to fill in the confidential intake form.
My Availability
Check the calendar, find a time, let me know if you prefer in studio or online. If you don't find a time that suits you can contact me by email or phone. If you have purchased a package you can either book the first session or the full package ahead of time.
Cancellations
Cancellations under 24 hours incur a full session fee. Cancellations need to be communicated directly to me via phone or email please. If you need to reschedule you can cancel it 24 hours prior with no fee.
