A Holistic Retreat in Melbourne gathering for rest, regeneration and community making.
Are you feeling the call to slow down? To reconnect with your inner wild and awaken to your true nature. In our fast-paced modern world, finding the space to reconnect with the earth and community can be a radical act. In joy, compassion, nourishment and rest we creatively explore themes relevant to the struggles we all face in this modern, fast changing world.
Earth Circle is a day-long restorative retreat for the mind, body, and soul offered across four seasonal themes. Join us in our upcoming Summer circle to reclaim your sense of wholeness and connection to the web of life. Find your ground, express your self and discover more embodied passion, authenticity, joy, creativity and freedom.
Bringing together the wisdom of spiritual ecology rooted in mindfulness and presence, creativity and belonging, east and west wisdom and earth-based traditions. As we will guide you through love and loss, struggle and transformation and support you to heal, create and experience an embodied community and nature connection you will experience the wild and wise power of the circle.
The elements of your day retreat experience
A carefully woven journey of connection and creative expression.
1. Somatic Renewal & Authentic Self
Through gentle enquiry, breathwork, and body-led awareness, we undo the tension habituated by daily stress. We create space to release the pressure of pleasing others, unravel outdated inner narratives, and restore a steady, self-compassionate physicality that moves to the natural rhythms of nature.
2. Plant Wisdom & Earth Communion
We lean on the quiet intelligence of the living landscape through listening deeply. Woven through our day are nourishing botanical infusions, gentle plant medicine rituals, and herbal teas crafted to ground the body, clear the mind, and remind us of our deep, reciprocal bond with the natural world.
3. Spiritual Ecology & Conscious Leadership
Rooted in presence, ethics, intersectionality and deep interconnectedness, we bring together The Work That Reconnects, Celtic spirituality and Eco-Dharma to explore the meta-crisis within a safe, inclusive and compassionate circle. Moving through the truth mandala we honour our grief and love, transform overwhelm and fatigue into clear vision and active hope. Learning to lead your life, family, and community from clarity, compassion, and sustained presence without burning out.
5. Creative Liberation & Sisterhood
Creativity isn't about skill, it's a portal to intuition and authentic expression. Through intuitive art-making, symbolic storytelling, poetry, movement, vocalisation and shared ritual, we translate what words cannot always capture. Supported by a compassionate circle, you are seen, heard, lifted up and celebrated in your whole, vibrant truth.
6. Ancestry, Relationality & Place
We anchor ourselves in the stories held by Wurundjeri land and the lineages that walk with us. Through place-based mindfulness, ecological lineage work, and deep listening to the Country beneath our feet, we honour those who came before and the web of relations that sustains us. In exploring our roots, identity and claiming our unique sense of belonging, we find our ground, cultivating a respectful, rooted posture of presence that honours where we stand and who we are becoming.
