Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Meditations
 

The MBSR Meditations are designed to be done systematically. The Mindfulness for Practitioners Course or Mindfulness Coaching can provide the supporting theory behind these practices and how to apply them. You can explore these practices at home or in your workplace by finding a comfortable spot to either sit on a chair or cushion or lying down.
