Nurture your wild heart. Find your voice. Reclaim your creative power. Awaken to the living earth.
We often spend our lives reacting to external demands, losing sight of our inner world and the unique calling that brings true meaning, wisdom, and joy to our work and relationships. This is especially true when we reach a threshold—a major life, career, or creative transition where the old ways of operating no longer fit, but the next step isn't yet clear. In these eras of collective and personal uncertainty, the most vital map you can carry is your own inner wisdom.
This is a different path.

Whether you are shifting career directions, stepping into a new leadership role, or answering a deeper creative calling, this course moves you beyond the exhaustion of burn out, hustle culture and striving. Meet Marion
With over 25 years of experience, I specialise in supporting leaders, practitioners, and creatives through major life, career, and identity transitions. My work is dedicated to helping high-potential women move beyond the exhaustion of "hustle culture" to reclaim a natural sense of purpose, presence, and wise action.
For more than a decade, I have held deep, transformative spaces through monthly Creative Women’s Circles, group programs, and dedicated 1:1 coaching. My approach is uniquely holistic—integrating the modern science of leadership and depth psychology with nature-based mindfulness, expressive arts, and ancestral, earth-based spiritual traditions.
My professional foundation includes a Bachelor of Counselling & Coaching from the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP), and I am a licensed clinical practitioner with PACFA. I am also a certified MBSR Mindfulness Teacher, Creative Arts therapist, and Ecotherapist.
I offer programs online and from my studio practice in Glen Iris, Melbourne. I am also a practicing studio artist, published author, mother of four, and co-founder of The Eco Retreat, a 70-acre organic farm, studio, and nature sanctuary being established in Victoria, where I am developing a long-term retreat project.
The Three Threads of Our Journey: Mindfulness, Creative Arts & Wise Leadership
Together, we will step off the treadmill of constant reactivity and drop into a deeper, more intentional way of being. By weaving nature-based mindfulness and creativity into a new paradigm of leadership, this journey offers a somatic and soulful map to reclaim your inner wisdom, find your ground, and lead from a place of wholeness. Through the integrated practices of somatic grounding, ecotherapy, and holistic coaching, we explore our work through three distinct threads:
-
Mindfulness & Grounding: We cultivate the calm, clarity, and meta-awareness needed to navigate major transitions. By anchoring ourselves in the elements and the present moment, we move from the exhaustion of the 'hustle' into a state of embodied presence.
-
Creative Arts & Insight: We use intuitive journaling, mixed media, and ritual to re-imagine our personal stories—weaving us back into our ancestral lineage and our deep connection with nature, even if there are only breadcrumbs left on the trail to find our way home so we can build on a solid foundation.
-
Wise Leadership: We make an intentional, loving turn toward the earth, developing a deeply compassionate and reciprocal relationship with our local environment. By remembering our place in the web of life, we transform isolation into collective resilience, aligning our daily actions and professional directions with what matters most to us and for future generations.
The Women's Wellspring: Well-being & Leadership series has Four Workshops
Week 1:
The Inner Wellspring.
Unearthing your personal narrative and mapping your values against universal myths. We examine what has moved you to do this work, whether personal transition or a deep care for the world and get to know our group's unique ecology.
Week 2:
Embodied Presence
Exploring the inner landscape of emotional intelligence and presence. We look at what gets in the way of your leadership and learn how to alchemise heavy states, like exhaustion, anxiety, or hopelessness—into clarity, compassion, determination, balanced and wise action.
Week 3.
The Interbeing Web.
Grounded in the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and Joanna Macy's Active Hope, we learn to operationalise interbeing in day-to-day life. We explore systems thinking, deep time, somatic and heart-based leadership practices and rituals as the ultimate antidote to isolation.
Week 4.
Purposeful Action
The threshold where vision meets action. You will ground your path into strategy using the Wise Action Framework. We anchor this work in radical resilience, joy and community networks for sustainable impact.
