Join us for a unique, nature-based immersion designed to help you reclaim your sense of wholeness and inspire a powerful form of eco-leadership rooted in presence and mindfulness, insight meditation and social impact.

What You Will Experience

This retreat is a carefully woven journey of connection, mindfulness, and creative expression, offering a holistic approach to personal and collective well-being and leadership.

  • Mindfulness & Insight: Experience a true rest that nourishes your body, heart, and mind through focused, intentional meditation practices to calm the nervous system and help you feel grounded.

  • Rewild Your Spirit: Spend time being mindful in nature and restore your intrinsic connection to the living world.

  • The Work That Reconnects (WTR): Engage with Joanna Macy's powerful framework to process the challenges of our time, connect with your gratitude, honour your pain for the world, and discover renewed purpose.

  • Creative Arts: Utilise creative expression and the imagination as a profound tool for self-discovery, deep healing, and communicating your vision for change through creative processing, imagery and storytelling.

  • Dharma for Living: Receive teachings and wisdom from the Buddha Dharma for cultivating an inner life that supports compassionate, ethical and social impact.

  • Eco-Consciousness: Explore your interconnection to transform feelings and perceptions of separation and grow awareness of being part of the web of life.

  • Authentic Leadership Action: Discover how to embody your values and purpose, translating inner wisdom into meaningful vision and effective outer change.

  • Community Building: Connect with a supportive circle of like-minded individuals, building genuine relationships that fuel collaboration and collective social and environmental impact.

Cultivate Ethical Eco-Leadership

The world needs leaders who can act from a place of clarity, wisdom, and deep care without burning out. This retreat is designed to transform the way you engage with yourself, your work, your community, and the planet.
