Over one transformative day, you will:

Our retreat in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges/Yarra Valley offers a unique blend of:

  • Mindful Practices: Meditation, journaling, walking meditation, and sit spots.

What to Expect

The Earth circle begins with a meet and greet, short talk and meditation and you take your place and get to know your community for the day retreat. Followed by:

  • Soul-centred, jungian coaching for transformative personal development and an ecological mindset.

  • Guidance on the Wise Action Framework for integrating retreat insights into daily life.

  • Nourishing home made food with local seasonal ingredients for lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
