Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Finding Presence, Purpose & Calm: We integrate mindfulness practices to help you embody the present moment. Cultivate compassion, kindness and equanimity, reduces reactivity, and build the somatic capacity to process difficult emotions without being swept away by thoughts about them, helping you connect to present moment awareness.
Depth Psychology, The Spiritual & Unconscious Self: Going beyond the conscious mind, we explore the unconscious patterns, dreams, and personal mythology that shape your life and vocation. By exploring the 'unseen self' and Individuation, we can integrate fragmented aspects of the psyche, leading to clarity, emotional freedom, creativity and spiritual development.
Ecotherapy & Nature-Based Therapy: We recognise that humans are intrinsically linked to the nature and eco consciousness. Ecotherapy involves nature-based insight, restorative practices like gardening, stewardship and wise action, earth art, sit spots and journalling in nature. Living with nature's cycles for grounding, belonging, creativity and life-sustaining shifts and growth.
