About Mindfulness Teacher Marion Miller

 

With extensive experience in mindfulness meditation and mental health, I offer a unique, holistic approach that blends evidence-based mindfulness practices with eastern wisdom and the insight tradition. My goal is to help you cultivate an intentional, heart-centred approach to mindfulness meditation.

My Qualifications & Experience

  • Certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Meditation Teacher. (Gold Standard of Mindfulness) 

  • Degree in Coaching and Counselling

  • Licensed PACFA counsellor supporting mental health and wellbeing

  • Over 15 years of personal Insight Meditation practice, including silent retreats.

  • Supervised by a senior Insight and Zen Buddhist teacher and psychotherapist.

  • Currently participating in a four-year Dharma teacher training in the Insight Meditation Tradition.

Mindfulness Leadership & Facilitation

I have facilitated mindfulness training and leadership development for: The Department of Education and the Supreme Court of Victoria, and many other Corporate organisations. I facilitated a twelve month WorkSafe leadership and mindfulness research pilot program for Smiling Mind. I provide mindfulness training specially for practitioners, teachers, and leaders.
