Calling all women dreamers, creators, mothers, leaders, sisters, daughters, and local goddesses. Join our vibrant gathering of women to be heard, held and seen without judgement. Our women's empowerment circle has been created to help build you up and cheer you on.

The circle will be a space for self-reflection, connection to sisterhood and the sharing of wisdom and experience. Each circle will have an intention to inspire and empower by exploring different themes related to women's experiences. 

Women have been gathering in sacred circles for centuries to nurture and empower one another. We honour this tradition with a modern approach crafting a meaningful experience related to our times. In 2021 our vibrant group is planning to gather once a month in Camberwell with nibbles, hot drinks and wine (Friyay evening circles).

December group is invite only. Contact me to register your interest in attending the next circle in 2021.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Term 1 2021

MBSR students join the program seeking to feel more balance, calm and connection in their lives. If you share these aspirations then MBSR can be a valuable learning pathway for you. The decades of scientific research on MBSR show it can help you cope with stress and other difficult emotions like anxiety and depression.

 

When life gets stressful, it can be overwhelming and we can experience thought-based thinking patterns we can feel stuck in. MBSR students report they feel more spacious, less critical of themselves and others, happier and more engaged in their lives. The program can help you to connect more kindly & meaningfully to yourself & your relationships.

MBSR will teach you mindfulness coaching skills and mindfulness practices through an experiential and systematic learning pathway that is underpinned by the eastern wisdom traditions and evidence-based science of MBSR & MBCT. You will be guided on a self-discovery journey within our community & begin what will hopefully become your lifelong practice & approach to life.

Daylong Mindfulness Retreat

This full day of mindfulness practice is for current participants of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program or graduates of MBSR and the Empower Mindfulness-Based Coaching Program at The Coach Hub. Students with some experience in meditation and mindfulness are also welcome to join this practice day on Sunday August 9th from 10-4pm in Hawthorn.

 

What does the day retreat online involve?

• An opportunity for extended mindfulness practice

• Sitting Practice, Eating Practice, Walking Practice & Movement Practice

• Reflection & Deepening of your mindfulness practice.

What will you need to participate?

• Blanket in case you get cool

• Some meditation experience

• A Notebook & pen

• BYO Lunch & Water

How much will it cost?

The fee is $60 unless you are enrolled in the Term 1, 2021 MBSR program.
