Do you feel the pull to slow down and reconnect?

We live in a culture of constant acceleration—where our attention is fragmented, our nervous systems are overstimulated, and a sense of disconnection from ourselves and the earth can quietly settle in.

  • Feeling overwhelmed by the pressure of daily life and business as usual. Looking for a deeper way to self-regulate?

  • Navigating eco-anxiety or burnout and longing for a safe container to transform distress into meaningful engagement?

  • Seeking a community of like-minded leaders, professionals and practitioners dedicated to slower living, intentional presence, and care for the earth and community?

Mindfulness isn’t about escaping the world—it is about arriving fully into our place within it.

The Program Experience

Reclaiming Our Nature is designed as an experiential, step-by-step pathway guided by The Eco-Leadership Mandala.

True leadership and well-being do not happen in isolation. Rather than treating mindfulness as an escape from modern life, this journey offers a held container to step out of hustle culture and re-anchor into the living world. We weave together somatic presence, emotional resilience, contemplative eco-psychology, and regenerative action—moving intentionally from internal grounding to collective well-being and leadership, and turning ancient wisdom and presence into active hope.

Eco Dharma Mandala

Guided by the Eco-Leadership Mandala

Rather than a linear checklist, your journey unfolds across four interconnected quadrants of living practice:

  • Waking Up (Grounding in Mindful Awareness): Re-anchoring in somatic presence, the senses, and the immediate living land.

  • Transforming Separation (Cultivating the Connected Heart): Meeting eco-anxiety, grief, and burnout with deep compassion, resilience, and emotional honesty.

  • Interconnectedness (Interbeing & Impermanence): Seeing through the illusion of isolation to experience our deep ecological interdependence with all life.

  • Wise Action (Regeneration & Reciprocity): Translating insight into active hope, sustainable choices, and regenerative care for community and Earth.

The 6-Week Curriculum Breakdown

Week 1: Waking Up to the Living World

  • Focus: Grounding in Mindful Awareness & Gratitude

  • What We’ll Explore: Shifting from viewing nature as a backdrop to experiencing ourselves as nature. Establishing a personal "Sit Spot" and re-sensitising our awareness to what sustains us.

Week 2: The Somatic Landscape & Presence

  • Focus: Somatic Regulation & Body-Earth Connection

  • What We’ll Explore: Understanding how chronic stress disembodies us. Using sensory engagement and earth-anchored body scans to soothe the nervous system and move out of "hustle mode."

Week 3: Staying Open to Compassion and Joy

  • Focus: Emotional Resilience & Shared Vulnerability

  • What We’ll Explore: Reframing eco-grief and burnout. Recognising that our pain for the world stems from love and interconnection, and holding that space in a supportive circle.

Week 4: Dissolving the Boundary of Self

  • Focus: Interbeing & Radical Interdependence

  • What We’ll Explore: Challenging the myth of the isolated self through contemplative practices like Breathing With the Web and Deep Mapping of the elemental world within.

Week 5: Embracing Flow and Impermanence

  • Focus: Natural Cycles & Navigating Life Transitions

  • What We’ll Explore: Learning from ecosystems about change and renewal. Using nature-mirroring to navigate personal and cultural transitions with greater equanimity.

Week 6: Active Hope & Wise Reciprocity

  • Focus: Wise Action, Purpose & The Art of Slow Living

  • What We’ll Explore: Turning insight into living action. Clarifying your unique gifts and designing a sustainable, regenerative daily practice for ongoing community and ecological care.
