Nature-Based Mindfulness &
Eco-Dharma Australia

Live Online Talk & Practice Group Coming Soon

In our fast-paced, demanding world, it is easy to feel disconnected—from ourselves, from our communities, and from the living earth that sustains us. Nature-based mindfulness draws from mindfulness meditation, modern eco-psychology, and earth-based wisdom to invite you co-regulate your nervous system with nature and enter into a deep, sensory relationship with the natural world. It moves beyond the surface and into the wildness of your body, mind, and soul. By engaging all five senses, the mind body heart, this practice awakens a dynamic, transformative awareness of the entire web of life you belong to.

Here, we engage in inner and outer practices and rituals that strengthen  awareness of interdependence and your capacity to be fully present with place. This practice is cultivated not only for your own well-being, but for collective well-being, mother earth, and the more-than-human species with whom we inhabit earth with.

Watch this space as in the coming weeks I will launch a live Monday morning practice group at 8am AEST online. This will be offered freely with donations (dana) welcome. You'll be invited to take your phone or laptop outdoors to enjoy a beautiful surrounding and heart a short 10-15 minute talk, followed by a short 30 minute practice and finishing with an optional reflective inquiry. More details coming very soon.

Beyond our weekly practices, I am also offering a 6-Week Nature-Based Mindfulness & Eco-Leadership Program online for those who wish to go deeper. This dedicated journey is designed for leaders, practitioners, and change-makers ready to cultivate the awareness, insight, and connection skills required to regulate the nervous system, restore collective wellbeing, and move into deep reciprocity with the natural world. Together, we move beyond individual healing to discover a grounded, purposeful, and insightful form of leadership—one that leads from wholeness rather than exhaustion.

Where Mindfulness Meditation and Eco-Dharma Merge

Mindfulness meditation teaches present-moment awareness of our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. Eco-Dharma is where this inner stillness meets deep ecological engagement and action. It asks a vital question: How can our spiritual practice help heal the environmental and social fractures of our time?

This path weaves Insight meditation and mindfulness practices with earth wisdom, the reclamation of the sacred feminine, systems thinking, depth psychology, and fierce care for Mother Earth. It is an open invitation to step out of extractive hustle culture and return to a life of reciprocity, presence, and seasonal living.

Reclaiming Our Nature: 6-Week Nature-Based Mindfulness Online Immersion

Nature-based mindfulness is a radical invitation to step beyond the exhaustion of modern hustle and anchor your wellbeing in the wisdom of the living earth. By weaving together evidence-based mindfulness, ecotherapy, and The Work that Reconnects, this practice moves awareness out of constant reactivity and into an embodied presence that calms the nervous system and restores inner balance. As nature becomes both teacher and mirror, we move from isolation into a deep sense of inter-being—cultivating the emotional clarity, resilience, and grounded presence needed to lead our lives, teams, and communities with true wisdom and sustainability.
